QUALITY POLICY

SIGAS focus is “customer satisfaction” and the business processes will be integrated to monitor and improve customer satisfaction index, on a continuous basis.

 For this, SIGAS shall institute Quality Initiatives according to a plan. These will include:

  • Improvements and compliance with requirements in our business processes and quality management system on a continual basis, to reduce cycle time, reliability and its effectiveness.
  • Technological advancements in process as well as product evaluation criteria to eliminate errors and rejections.
  • Encourage excellence, through knowledge-based human resources, dedicated to improve the internal processes that result in enhanced customer value.
  • Introduce, monitor and continuously improve performance of vendors, contractors and distributors that create value for customers.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators in all business processes and develop trend analysis through statistical methods.
  • SIGAS will lead the market dominance, through introduction of new gases products that are safe and of specified quality for applications in a variety of industries.
  • SIGAS shall periodically review this Quality Policy Statement for its continuing suitability and its relevance to the established quality objectives.

SAFETY POLICY

SIGAS shall maintain high standards of safety in the operations and also in our product distribution systems with active participation of their employees.

In order to achieve this goal, SIGAS shall strive to:

  • Create an environment of safety consciousness amongst the people.
  • Provide safe work places and maintain requisite standards.
  • Identify and eliminate risks in operations, storage, use and transportation of our products.
  • Train and develop people who operate, handle and transact business.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and guidelines as a condition of employment to meet safety objectives.

 Monitor and audit safety standards, so that we try and reach higher levels.

DRIVER SAFETY POLICY

  • SIGAS recognizes its responsibility to promote road and driver safety in order to continually reduce the level of avoidable accidents involving personnel and vehicles.
  • SIGAS recognizes the need to reduce suffering & costs - both human and financial, associated with these accidents, by actively encouraging high standards of driver training and vehicle maintenance consistent with the image of a quality organization.
  • It is essential that every driver of SIGAS understand not to be involved in avoidable accidents and that it is not acceptable to demonstrate negligent or aggressive behavior either on road or at customer's premises
  • SIGAS is expected to comply with the laws governing road transport operations and SIGAS Driver Safety Program and DRIVER Safety Standards, which sets the standards of performance.
  • SIGAS long term goal is to continuously improve Driver Safety Standards
