SIGAS specialty gases division understands the importance of cylinder pre-conditioning and cylinder preparation prior to filling high purity gases and low concentration highly reactive gas mixtures.
Cylinder preparation plays a critical role in maintaining gas purity integrity. An improperly cleaned and prepared cylinder will contaminate the Pure gas or Gas Mixture.
SIGAS has established a series of processes to prepare a cylinder for right product. Controlled heating, vacuum, and purge cycles to prepare both aluminum and steel cylinders.
SIGAS uses advance technology to identify the cylinders returned from customers, analyze, and safely treat residual contents, then prepare the cylinder for new product.
SIGAS uses its additional proprietary cylinder treatment processes for low concentration or highly reactive components.
With the help of these unique cylinder preparation processes, we are able to produce low part per million reactive gas mixtures with guaranteed shelf life. |
